Cancellation Policy
Appointment Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
To ensure appointment availability for all clients, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Clients who cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a 30% service fee. This fee must be paid before booking any future appointments.
Your satisfaction is important to me! If you’re unhappy with your hair or feel that something needs to be adjusted, please reach out to me within 7 days of your appointment so we can discuss your concerns.
